Lately I've been having nightly chocolate shakes to ease my stress! I've gained 4lbs in the past few days due to eating multiple cans of Pringles in a day and a ton of chocolate. My hubby and FIL are leaving out of town tomorrow and I guess I'm stressed about it because everytime I think of it I start snacking on crap!!
Well, we don't usually keep junk food in the house, so stress eating for us is munching through a bag of baby carrots with hummus
My downfall is when the Biscuit gets through with the "candy" holidays...Halloween, Easter, etc. I always keep her stash in my craft/gift room so she doesn't overdose on it, but on the flipside it's easy for me to sneak a few pieces behind everyone's backs, lol. But that's not out of stress, it's just out of my love of candies and chocolates!!
