For those of you who meal plan, what meals do you have planned for this week? For those who don't meal plan, is there anything particular you are thinking of making this week?
Leftover grilled hamburgers tonight (I know, so healthy), trying to decide what to make tomorrow-- what the heck do you do with bone-in chicken thighs?
Lets see I was at Walmart so we are having Pizza, Hot dogs, Hamburgers, and Hams and cheese sliders. I am in a cooking funk not sure how or why but I lost my cooking mojo...
Monday- roast with potatoes, corn on the cob, and biscuits
Tuesday- tacos
Wednesday- A-1 burgers with tater tots and veggie
Thursday- sloppy joes with mac n cheese, veggie
Friday- grilled chicken, rice, baked potato, salad
Saturday-pork chops on grill and sides

This is the first week I've planned out in a long time! I'm trying to keep the meals simple as we have a big week ahead.
Grilled cheese and tomato soup, Beef Strogonaff, Chicken Cream of Mushroom and rice, Crockpot roast, Hamburgers. And I made a large batch of Chinese Chicken Salad for lunches (or leftover burritos).
