My meal plan for this week is a little sparse. I'm trying to minimize the dishes I use so I can pack and I'm trying to use up ingredients I already have in the house so we have to move less food. Right now it looks like this:
Monday - chicken fried rice Tuesday - summer spaghetti (spaghetti noodles with evoo, garlic, summer squash, cherry tomato halves, etc - I saw it in a magazine over the weekend and we have a bunch of tomatoes and squash hanging around) Wednesday - grilled pork chops, some kind of risotto and a vegetable side (I'm not sure what yet - will see what's on sale tomorrow at the store) Thursday - hot dogs, grilled squash and maybe a barley dish? Friday - planning to order pizza so we can have the kitchen all packed this day Saturday - pizza leftovers, since we'll be moving this day and I doubt the kitchen will be ready to cook in (plus I really won't want to cook after moving all day)
