Tonight I made tater tot casserole
Tuesday I am making a veggie loaded lasagna probably with some sourdough garlic bread.
Wednesday salads with dinner rolls
Friday probably grill something like chicken for everyone else and veggie kabobs for myself.
Saturday and Sunday I am not sure yet
Nessa proud married working mother of three kids in Washington state. Trying to raise our family of five as LDS. Taking life one day at a time. Jordan - 6 yr; Stan - 4 yr; & Tyler - 2 yr.
Monday - pork with honey garlic sauce, brown rice and corn on the cob (mostly a 'use up ALL the things' kind of dinner but it turned out fine)
Tuesday - minestrone soup (although we're going out with dh's work this evening and I'm not sure if a meal is included so I'm going to have to check before I make anything)
Wednesday - turkey sloppy joe's, still have to decide on a vegetable side dish
Thursday - grilled chicken breast, potatoes, spinach salad
Friday - picnic night for dh and I
Saturday - pizza casserole
Sunday - I'm not sure - we're going to my il's for a get-together/celebration for my birthday. I had planned to do something easy like hot dogs.
Thank you to Jaidynsmum for our awesome banner and my fabulous siggie!
I'm just kind of winging it this week. Our car was pretty full with just the luggage we took on our vacation, so didn't have much room for groceries when we came home. I can't go to town this week either as I got an unfixable flat tire on my car and just have the doughnut on. DH doesn't want me driving 30 minutes into town on the doughnut. Have to wait until our new tires come in and then DH will take the work pickup to town to pick them up and fix the tire on the car when he gets home.
We had enchilada casserole and lasagna yesterday. I may have to fix tator tot casserole tonight! (My mouth started watering after reading acupofjoe's post!)
