I thought these were pretty clever! Love the use of the tension rods as cupboard dividers and lid holders!

8 ways to use tension rods:: Genius

What do you think? Any ideas you might use?

I like the one for the lids to the pans, they are always taking up much needed space under my cabinets, they would really make more room for me.

I haven't seen most of them and there are some that I've seen that weren't on the
list.

USE (in some variation)
~~I sort of use the one where spray bottles are hung by the tension rod but I use my laundry wire shelf for hanging my spray bottles.
~~I have wire shelving for our kitchen appliances so I use a section of the wire rack to sit my lids up similarly to the way the tension rod is used in the drawer.

WOULD LIKE TO USE
~~The ones where the cutting boards and such can be stored not flat ... I would use between my upper cabinet and the counter since there is no cabinet space that is deep enough to do this in - reasonably, that is.

WOULD NOT USE
~~for storing small spices ... I have sooooo many spices (in which all are used at a pretty good rate) that I simply need another shelf - one little "rack" across the back won't cut it for this house
~~for storing the ribbon spools on ... I can just see that being a hassle trying to get one from the middle -- though it does look nice from a storage perspective
~~I would need some serious storage space to store my shoes in a drawer like that BUT if I did have the space then that would be a pretty neat little idea

If we ever put a valance or curtain on the kitchen window I would have to use a tension rod for that. (Doubt that will ever happen though)

I like the lid storage, but my pots/pans/lids are all in cupboards so don't think it would work.

I love the pan divider and shoo organizer ideas!

I could definitely see the ribbon spool holder working in a craft room if the person was content to just cut off a piece instead of taking off the whole spool.
