Do you hang a lot of pictures on your walls or are they pretty bare?
Is it easy for you to hang pictures so they look how you want or do you find it rather time consuming and difficult?
What are some cute wall decor ideas you have found online that you would love to do?

Is it easy for you to hang pictures so they look how you want or do you find it rather time consuming and difficult? I have a really hard time deciding where to hang pics so that I think they look good.

Yes i do like decorating walls with frames or posters. But it looks at some times loud. Keeping the walls plain with a decent wallpaper or single painting gives it a rich look.

Hello..

These days so many decors are available which look amazing on the walls. I have hanged the puppets made from cloth and glitters which I made myself. It looks nice and almost everybody appreciates it.

I don't have any such picture or paintings on my wall. What I have been doing since my daughter began to hold a crayon/pencil in her hand is this: gather up some of her best (or worst!) drawings, get them framed and put them up..guess what, even our living room boasts of these drawings of hers which she made when she was barely three years old! They are a sure point of discussion every time we have guests or relatives over. Also, we have started taking digital pics randomly of our baby with either me or hubby and the cutest ones we get printouts of and pin them up. I personally feel all this lends a very personal and cozy air to our place and there's a feel-good factor emanating off the walls in every room, if you know what I mean. An added bonus? It's cheap...and timeless!

I hang some paintings which adds some dramatic effect on that place and also I have this very huge family picture of ours which I hung in my living room. I just decorate my walls with wallpapers which compliments my furniture colors.

A nice wallpaper to compliment your decor does a great job. Adding wallpaper to one wall makes for a beautiful accent wall.

My house is "themed" I guess lol My kitchen is decorated in Butterflies, wall pics, knick knacks, window hangs, etc. My living room is Ivy and mostly fam pics W black frames, and our Bed Room is Birds, we have shelves w/ little bird statues that started all that.
I like shopping and picking out unique meaningful things at like rummage sales n good will/salvation army, we also have a Savers store by me, which is also like that, one persons reject is another persons home deco!
I have also gotten some hand-me-down wall pics/art from fam that mean alot to me, that I proudly display in our home!
One if my new favs is those art decal stickers that have quotes and sayings on them! I have one in my bathroom that says "In a World Where u Can be Anything, Be Yourself" and my kitchen says "Be your own kind of Beautiful" surrounded with butterflies -of course!

I have a wall full of pictures of the best memories until now with notes. It brings a smile to everyone's face whenever they see it.

Yes, of course. Lots of family photos, loved ones that have passed on and many more, on acrylic, metal and paper.
