I am a FLYbaby, here is my schedule so far.

Wake up 6:45a
Make Bed
Shower
Get Dressed
Empty Dishwasher
Eat Breakfast while doing 5 minute Email sorting (For 3 different accounts)
Two minute Hot Spot Clearing, (Right now I alternate between the Entertainment Stand and the Computer)

I am done by 7:30, usually the shower is the longest part of that.

1-3 kids are dropped off by 8

During the week I have between 2-4 children at home with me, so typically I kinda of go with the flow and work on Laundry/General cleaning that isn't guarenteed

I make the Children clean up thier toys 30 minutes before thier mom is due in

After the Extra children leave (Usually around 4:30)
I do what I call an ERClean up. Emergency room clean up. Pretty much I spend 15 minutes working on the room that took the most damage (typically the livingroom or the Spare TV room)

I try very hard to keep the children out of the kitchen so I am cleaning up in there as we go.

Before Bed I
-Shine the sin
-start the dishwasher
-brush teeth
-swish and swipe the bathroom
-Pick out my Clothes
-Read my Bible/Say Prayers

I've just recently started a cleaning schedule for myself, and have been following it for about a week now. I work full time, so most of what I do each day is done between the time I get home from work and the time my husband gets home (about 2 hours or so), although some of it is done before work, or before bedtime.

Daily
Clear off bathroom counter (in the morning after getting ready)
Gather up all dishes/coke cans (evening)
Clear off kitchen table (after dinner)
Empty the kitchen sink (may require unloading/loading dishwasher; run dishwasher as needed)
Make sure all dirty clothes are in hampers
Weekly chores

Monday
Deep clean kitchen (counters, cabinet fronts, floors, appliances, wash the tablecloth, clean dog/cat food bowls, go through pantry, empty trash & wipe down trashcan, etc)

Tuesday
Living room, entry, hallway (declutter, dust, vacuum & steam mop the floors)

Wednesday
Study (declutter, dust, empty trash, vacuum & steam mop the floors)
Laundry

Thursday
Master bedroom (declutter, wash bed linens, empty trash, vacuum & steam mop floors)
Pay bills

Friday
Clean guest bath (counter, sink, mirror, toilet, tub, empty trash)
Clean laundry room (floors, tops of washer/dryer, under washer lid, declutter, put away any clothes)
Master closet (tidy everything, hang up clothes, put things in hampers, sweep or vacuum, etc)

Saturday
Master bath (counter, sink, toilet, jet tub, shower, mirror, empty trash, etc)
Make grocery list
Monthly chore (one task per week--something like clean out car, wash windows, etc)

Sunday
Laundry
Buy groceries
Clean out purse

Okay, so I have no schedule which is what lead me to this site to begin with, so I am going to try the JM schedule. I like FlyLady too. I use some of her products, but the control journal thing just isn't working for me. I am SO unmotivated. Plus I work nights 7p-7a which makes things interesting! Should of heard the kids the first night I was restless and decided to vacuum at 4am! lol. Won't do that again. So the schedule is posted on the homepage so won't redo it here, but will let you know how it goes!

I really should write out a list and assign different things to certain days. Thanks ladies! I'm gonna do this tonight!
