I am going to sticky this post, but I'd love it if everyone would post their schedule in this thread. I think our newbies could benefit from it, it would possibly make others "see" something they're missing, and could inspire others to create a schedule for themselves. Discussion of schedules is also welcome in this thread, especially any newbies that have questions. Credit for this goes to TigerMom.

Well this is what it looks like currently ... let me know if this is the kind of format you want. I just copied from my Control Journal.

Daily Cleaning is done daily, of course, and whatever weekly chores are assigned to that day are done after the Daily Cleaning is finished. This doesn't take as long as it looks like it does. I'd estimate I work on this about an hour and a half each day. I allow ten minutes for each room's Daily list, then just break up the rest of the day's schedule into 10-minute blocks.

Daily Cleaning
Bathroom

1. Spray the shower walls with Lysol.
2. Wipe out the sink.
3. Wipe the toilet.
4. Swish the toilet bowl with soap and brush.
5. Wipe the shower walls with the damp towel.
6. Sweep up any hair on the floor.

Laundry room

1. Straighten loose objects.
2. Clear off folding table.
3. Sweep.

Kitchen

1. Do the dishes and put them in the drainer under the sink.
2. Wipe out the sink.
3. Wipe down the stove top.
4. Wipe down the counters and table.
5. Sweep any obvious dirt or dust bunnies.

Living room

1. Straighten the sofa slipcover.
2. Fluff pillows and fold throws.
3. Dust flat surfaces.
4. Straighten books and magazines.
5. Gather shoes together and put toys in basket.
6. Sweep any obvious dirt or dust bunnies.

Guest room

1. Fluff pillows and fold throws.
2. Clear off desk.
3. Put stray items in basket.
4. Dust flat surfaces.

Bedroom

1. Make bed.
2. Clear off the dressers.

Weekly Schedule (broken up by days)
Monday – Weekly Home Blessing

1. Toss old magazines.
2. Wash bedding.
3. Empty bathroom trash.
4. Clean the litter box.
5. Clean mirrors and doors.

Tuesday – Front Rooms

1. Water and fertilize plants.
2. Front rooms weekly cleaning. (Meaning the "public" rooms, which guests are likely to see: kitchen, living room, and bathroom. These chores are on the Weekly Chores list.)
3. Spend 15 minutes decluttering the current Zone.

Wednesday – Back Rooms

1. Back rooms weekly cleaning. (Meaning the "non-public" rooms: laundry room, bedroom, and office/guest room. These chores can also be found on the Weekly Chores list.)
2. Spend 15 minutes decluttering the current Zone.

Thursday – Grocery and Errand Day

1. Clean out car.
2. Clean out fridge.
3. Check ads, write grocery list, and organize coupons.
4. Errands

Friday – Zone Clean

1. Zone cleaning chores. (I won't copy and paste these because they're exactly the same as the chores you can find on FlyLady's site ... if you want to see them, here is the detailed list in PDF format.)

Saturday – Outdoors

1. Mow the lawn.
2. Spray the weeds.
3. Pet care: baths and flea meds if necessary.

Weekly Chores (done on Tuesday and Wednesday) This is the Weekly Cleaning referred to on the Weekly Schedule.
Kitchen:

1. Wash rug.
2. Clean inside oven.
3. Wipe down cabinets and chairs.
4. Mop the floor.
5. Clean the dish rack.

Bathroom:

1. Clean mirror.
2. Wipe down shower shelf. (There is an area in our shower that collects water, so it needs to be dried out periodically.)
3. Mop the floor.

Bedrooms:

1. Change sheets.
2. Dust flat surfaces and books.
3. Straighten dresser drawers.
4. Clean fan.
5. Vacuum.

Living Room:

1. Clean air conditioner and filter.
2. Clean windows.
3. Wash dog blanket.

Laundry Room:

1. Clean under washing machine lid.
2. Wipe down washer and dryer.
3. Clean lint trap.

Dang - I thought we had one already. Didn't we used to have one, or am I totally losing it?

Anywho... here's mine. I change it up occasionally depending upon the family's schedule. For example, Dan's football games were every Monday and he had a game or practice every Wednesday - so I had reworked it a little. But thankfully football season is done for him now.

So here is how it stands now. I added approximate time it takes (washing/drying machine times don't count as I'm not actually doing the work there... ) to emphasize how much less daunting it is to break chores up over a week.

Every day:
cook dinner - varies based on what we're eating
do dishes/cleanup (the kids help clear the table) - 5-10 minutes, again depending upon the meal
prep lunches and coffee for next morning - 5-10 minutes

Monday:
laundry (clothes only) - 15 minutes

Tuesday:
clean kids' bathroom (DD sometimes helps) - 15 minutes
dust kids' rooms (again, DD sometimes helps) - 10 minutes

Wednesday:
clean master bathroom - 15 minutes
vacuum tile floors (hallways, bathrooms, kitchen) - 15 minutes

Thursday:
take garbage out (my son helps by emptying all household wastebaskets - part of his chore list) - 10 minutes
sort laundry for Friday - 5 minutes

Friday: (I work from home on Fridays, so these are done during the day when I have downtime)
change bedsheets - 10 minutes
laundry (clothes, sheets and towels) - 30 minutes
dust downstairs - 15 minutes

Weekends I generally don't do chores, except mop the tile in the hallways if it's due (every couple of weeks). DH vacuums the carpets whenever he remembers; I just don't have time to do it and it's my least favorite chore.
So unless we have a specific project that needs to be done, weekend time is family time!

Boy, you all have your schedules down to a science!!
Here's mine, not nearly as detailed as the others', but it works for me!

DAILY:
Carpet sweep both levels
Swiffer dust both levels
Wipe down with disinfecting wipes both bathrooms and kitchen
Make beds
Clean litterbox, feed and water cat and dog
Feed fish breakfast and dinner
Walk dog as needed
Run dishwasher as needed

WEEKLY (sometimes more):
Vacuum both levels
Furniture polish dust both levels
Deep clean kitchen...clean inside and outside of cupboards and drawers, inside and outside of fridge, shelves of pantry, etc. in addition to cleaning counters, appliances, and floor that also gets done everyday.
Deep clean bathrooms...scrub my shower, DH's and the Biscuit's shower/tub, walls, med cabinets, linen closets, cupboards inside and out, in addition to counters, appliances, and floors that also gets done everyday.
Tidy stuff like closets, office desks, the Biscuit's playareas, utility/mudroom...you know, the parts of the house you may not see everyday
Do weekly curriculum for the Biscuit's preschool (we homeschool her)
Attend to household ledgers...pay bills, check status of checks, deposit into accounts, etc.

I have two seperate charts ... one is my actual schedule, and the other is the chores that are done during chore blocks on each day. Anytime there isn't specifically something scheduled, I'm probably working. As I WAH, I don't *always* have someone on the books when it says I'm in the office or at an appointment, so I use those times to do other stuff ... craft, bake, clean my washing machine, etc. If it's confusing, let me know.

I don't have a set schedule but this is how a typical day goes . . .

(in order of events)

Wake up with DH
Pack lunches
load/unload dishwasher
do load of laundry
let dogs out
add food/water to dogs bowl
make bed
watch news and drink coffee for a few
get ready for work
<when we have DSD I get her ready now too>
Work until 4:30, come home
dinner
load/unload dish washer
another load of laundry
wipe down counters
vacuum and swifer tile
(DH vacuums carpets, 2x per week)
pick up loose objects

Weekly - Usually done on the weekends
clean bathrooms
re-organize or straighten closets
clean up desk area
clean DSD room (if needed)
grocery shop

I find that it is easier to do a little bit each day rather than waiting until the weekend and packing it all in to the days you should use to relax! I try to keep things clean during the week so on the weekends I can do a better cleaning but doesn't take so long. I'd say I clean about 2 hours during the weekend - The longest task is the laundry that's why I do a load a day to keep it up.

i don't really have a schedule, but here's how things usually go

daily, morning

make the bed
get dressed
wipe down the bathroom and clean the toilet
dust the living room
wipe down the kitchen counters
vacuum living room (including couches), dining room, kitchen, hall and stairs, bathroom and all the bedrooms
swiffer mop the dining room, kitchen and bathroom

after dinner

Kyana unloads the dishwasher and puts them away
Laney loads the dirty dishes
wipe down the counters, stove and table
put everything away
sweep the floors

i also do laundry daily. wash, fold and put away
before bed i go through the house and put away everything that's not where it belongs

weekly

wash the bedsheets
clean the bathtub
dust the bedrooms
clean the fridge and all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen
and anything else that i think needs done, organizing, windows, etc....

i'm sure i'm forgetting something. it's all so automatic i'm having a hard time thinking to write it down lol

Clean Master Bedroom- consists of changing sheets, dusting, sweeping floor, and making sure everything is put away in its proper place

Clean Mackenzie’s Bedroom- consists of changing crib sheet and changing table pad, dusting, sweeping/vacuuming, and making sure everything is put away in its proper place

Clean Bathroom- consists of scrubbing bathtub and bathtub walls, scrubbing toilet, scrubbing sink, windex the medicine cabinet mirror, put in new towels and washcloths, mop floor, and shaking out throw rug (Once a month throw rug and bath mat need to be washed)

Clean Living Room- consists of vacuuming, dusting furniture, and making sure everything is put away in its proper place

Clean Kitchen/ Dining Room- consists of mopping floor, wiping off the washer and dryer, scrubbing the kitchen countertops and stove, dust computer desk and hutch, sweep hardwood floors, and make sure everything is put away in its proper place (Dishes will be loaded into the dishwasher everyday)

Wow, these lists are awesome...I NEED to come up with a schedule of my own. Otherwise, I just kind of overlook things until they're *really* in need. I may be borrowing from some of these schedules in making my own - I'll be back to post it once it's done!

I just made my first schedule!! I compiled everything from different sites and used what (I think) will work for me! I divided the house into 3 zones : (1) Kitchen/Dining/Living, (2) Office/Mud/Laundry/Playroom, (3) Bedrooms/Baths. I pick 1 or 2 Monthly chores to do each day in the zone I am working in and 1 seasonal chore each day. My Zone Work I do on M/W/F and my errands I do on T/Th during preschool. I put it in chart form (because I love to check off lists). I laminated it and put it on my fridge so I can see it ALL the time. This better work or I am going to go insane from the clutter that invades my house!!!

I'm a newbie, but I just recently made a schedule (based in part on stuff I saw here) and thought I'd share it. So it's actually 4 schedules to create a 4 week rotation, but most things are the same each week and only a few change (like recycling weeks and a rotation of chores I do monthly rather than daily or weekly). It's somewhat specific to our house (we have 3 bedrooms, one of which is the office for now, and one and a half baths). I'm sure there are things missing, but it's a start!

Daily Chores
- Put away clothes
- Clean sinks after use (bathroom and kitchen)
- Wipe down kitchen surfaces, put out new hand towel
- Sweep kitchen floor
- Make the bed
- Neaten living room

Monday
- Vacuum upstairs
- Wipe down upstairs windows and mirrors
- Dust/ wipe down office furniture
- Check and water upstairs plants

Tuesday
- Dust/ wipe down downstairs furniture
- Wipe down downstairs windows
- Clean downstairs bathroom

Daily Cleaning

Bathroom

1. Spray tub/shower with cleaner and let soak.
2. Wipe out sink, wipe counter top and clean mirror.
3. Spray toilet and use bowl cleaner, let soak.
4. Rinse tub/shower walls and wipe with towel.
5. Clean toilet with brush.
6. Vaccum(I sometimes mop the tile if necessary)
7. Organize cabinets/drawers/cubbies as needed.

Kitchen

1. Do any dishes left over although I usually get them washed and put away the night before. Dishes are usually an all day task for me.
2. Clean/Disinfect the sink.
3. Clean/Disinfect stove top and counters.
4. Vacuum as necessary

Living room

1. Straighen couch cushions and fluff pillows, fold throws/blankets.
2. Dust flat surfaces as needed.
3. Gather shoes, organize and straighten clutter.
4. Vacuum and straighten rugs.
5. Clear off desk and put stray items in baskets.

Bedroom

1. Make bed.
2. Put away stray items/clutter.
3. Put away and gather any clothing.
4. Dust and Vacuum if necessary.

Here is mine. Not quite as detailed as others, but you get the general idea.

Daily
~ Make beds
~ Unload dishwasher in AM
~ Vacuum all of downstairs
~ Min 1 load of laundry
~ Pick up toys at bedtime
~ Load/run dishwasher (before bed)
~ Wipe down kitchen (counters, stove, etc)
~ Clean out coffeepot, get it ready for the next
~ Lysol wipe down bathroom (toilet esp!! silly boys!), general bathroom tidy
~ Scoop poop

Weekly
Monday - Toy Room & Entrance/Office
~ Clean up/reorganize all toys.
~ Toss broken toys
~ Clean litter box
~ Clean windows & door
~ Clear off desk
~ Vacuum closet, clean it up/out
~ Sweep/vacuum/mop floors
~ Garther garbages & take out (pickup is early next am)
~ Dust entrance table/shelves

Tuesday - Kitchen
~ Clean out fridge
~ Wipe down fridge & stove (inside & out)
~ Clean out microwave
~ Straighten out the pantry
~ Dust
~ Clear off hutch
~ Wipe out sink with bleach
~ Vacuum
~ Clean window
~ Disinfect garbage ledge
~ Orange Glow cabinets
~ Wipe down walls

Wednesday - Living Room
~ Dust
~ Wash windows
~ Wipe down walls
~ Vacuum couches
~ Sort through magazines/catalogs & toss
~ Vacuum
~ Put away misc things that shouldn't be in living room.

Thursday - Upstairs
~ Fold blankets/pillows in TV room & put away
~ Dust TV stand & dressers
~ Wash windows
~ Clean up toys, books & movies
~ Change bedding on beds
~ Vacuum (including stairs)
~ Clear out clutter
~ Wipe down walls
~ Clean closets (sort clothes, take stuff out, etc)

Friday - Bathrooms
~ Wipe down walls
~ Change towels
~ Wash mirrors
~ Clean sinks
~ Wash soap dish & tootbrush holders
~ Clean off/dust shelves
~ Clean tubs
~ Clean toilets
~ Wipe off baseboards
~ Wash floors

Saturday & Sunday - Catch up days!
