This is so easy and I've been doing this forever. I take a 6 oz package of vanilla yogurt (original or greek, be careful with light yogurt since it has aspartame in it which is kind of a no no during pregnancy) add 1 cut up banana, a handful of grapes cut up, and 1 peach cut and diced. Mix together and enjoy. You can basically do this with ANY fruit of choice and ANY yogurt of choice, but I found that the vanilla yogurt goes great with the combo I like that I listed above. Plus, I have this thing about fruit already being in the yogurt (I HATE it....weird, i know) so the vanilla works well for me.
mmmm! I love fruit cut up in yogurt, and have it almost every morning! One of my favourite combos is a banana with fresh pineapple, and dried shaved coconut. The best part about it is that my toddler will eat it too, so I don't have to worry about making two meals in the morning
