I was a bit of an exercise fiend before I got pregnant (for several years), but then the nausea and m/s really hit. Since I've been feeling better lately, I decided to go ahead. I did one of my favorites...Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3. I really like Turbo Fire (and anything from Chalene Johnson), so maybe I'll do a bit of that soon too. I might add in a bit of running and some strength training as well.
No, I'm mainly focusing on my jogging/walking routine.
I LOVE those workout DVD's though. If I were to add any strength training I'd probably do some squats and lunges and some arm training with my 5lb weights (bicep curls, tricep curls, overhead presses, etc). I know I should be doing more strength training, but I've always slacked on that and just did more running. I LOVE Running!!!
