Have you thought of any health/fitness related goals for the year? Are you starting now or waiting until after baby comes?
I've felt so gross about my body that I decided to start now. I am trying to get rid of most of the junk and pick back up with exercising again. I've been gaining too much weight because of poor eating and no exercise. I got some fruits/veggies today to snack on and exercised yesterday and today. I plan to keep that up. I would ideally like to be at or really close to my goal weight by the end of 2013.
