I do exercise regularly, and plan on keeping it up. Was waaay too lazy when pregnant with my first. What I'd like to know is: is anyone experiencing worse muscle pain after exercising than usual? Last night I did a routine that usually results in a not-too-unpleasant ache in my muscles...but today it's excruciating! I can barely walk because my legs are so sore that my knees keep defensively locking! I've been staggering like a drunk all day.
