Unisom is for sleep but it's also an anti-emetic and helps morning sickness. I did some research and there are a ton of ladies out there on a B6/Unisom cocktail to help aide in M/S...

I have an appt with my doc at 11:30 and I have been having awful trouble sleeping so I was going to ask abou it.

I have issues sleeping too and I take one Tylenol PM and that's safe. All that has is Tylenol and Benadryl, which is fine. Maybe ask about that...

I take 1/2 a generic diphenhydramine tablet for sleep. It's the same as Unisom tablets. Wal-Mart has them for $4 for 32, which would be 64 doses.

I've heard of the Unisom/B6 "cocktail" for ms, but have no experience.
