Is anyone else still taking their temp in the morning?

I decided to stop after getting my beta results, but I tossed and turned from the time my DH's alarm went off (the time I usually temp) until I got up just thinking about the fact I didn't do it. I know I need to stop and relax a little, hopefully it gets easier as time goes by!

I wasn't temping before getting pregnant. I was planning on doing that this cycle if I didn't get my BFP ... I was using OPKs though ...

Is your temperature supposed ot be higher when pregnant?

Yeah it's higher when you are pregnant. I usually average around 97 during my normal cycle, 96 ish right before O and 98 and higher when I'm pregnant. It took a year to figure all that out though

Yesterday when I temped I was 98.6. The highest it had been yet!

Stopped once I got my positive HPT. It's not reliable and will just freak you out if it goes low one morning.

I don't want that added stress anymore. It's great to confirm O, but that's all I needed it for!

I stopped charting after my first beta, since my progesterone was so high I figured charting wasn't something I needed to do. I did however continue poas until 21 dpo, can't get that test line any darker or the control line any fainter than that one so I quit.

I was charting and continued to for a few days after I got my first BFP. I haven't for a little over a week now. It became sort of a habit though, sometimes even now I will be up and getting the kids breakfast and think "Oh shoot I forgot to take my temp!" and then I'm like "ohhh yeah nvm lol"

Yep! I still find myself looking at my chart every day even though I haven't added anything new in a couple of days. It's weird to break the habit.
