I have been making different types of water the past couple of weeks, so that helps me drink more. It's been harder since I have been peeing even more and I try to stop early so I'm not up all night. But I have tried to cut out everything else but milk so it's been easy so far. I might break down and have a pepsi this weekend though
I don't keep track of exact numbers. I would say I probably go through 4-5 glasses of water at work - around 16 ounces, always with ice, and sometimes they are completely filled with ice so I'm sure I don't get the whole amount. At home, probably 2-3 glasses of water, milk, lemonade, and occasionally pop. Usually a small glass of something to drink before I leave for work every morning. I wake up completely parched in the middle of the night, but I don't dare drink anything because then I'll be up going to the bathroom. No, thanks! :-)
