Sorry for all the questions to today ladies..... but I have 1 more for tonight.
I get migraines a lot but the doctor told me I can't take the medicine that I take when I get 1.
so now I've had 1 most of the day and I'm wondering can I take 2 tylenol pm? I'm not sure what else to try. Normally tylenol or advil or excedrin does not work. But I know part of it is the fact that I'm not sleeping well at night.
thanks for any info!!

My doctor told me I could take Tylenol PM or Unisom because I have been having trouble sleeping ...

Tylenol PM should be fine, just don't take more than recommended. I also haven't been taking it every night ...

Yes, Tylenol PM is safe to take. I feel for ya...I have suffered from migraines, and it is not fun! Especially during pregnancy, when you can't take anything that really helps. But hopefully some sleep will do you good. Feel better!

generally Tylenol is safe. I used to get them a few times a month, but since I started going to chiro and getting adjusted regularly they are a rare occurrence. Have you tried a chiropractor? might be worth a shot
