What ones do you recommend I never take any I know I need at least prenatals. Any help would be great

I actually take Flintstone Vitamins because the prenatals make me sick! I take 2/day plus extra Folic Acid and B6 and Fish Oil ... And I take a probiotic

I take " OB One Compleate +DHA" it is prescription. It's also a little pricey but iris suppose to be one of the best!

Capelady - do those make you sick to your stomach?

I'm almost considering buying some that don't contain Iron (I know I'm not anemic yet) because they are supposed to be easier on your stomach ...

My OB gave my a script for Triveen-Duo DHA. They are free at my Schnucks Pharmacy and dont bother my tummy.

I'm taking Vitafusion (or sometimes the Target brand) prenatal gummies. Last pregnancy, I could NOT keep any prenatal or multi-vitamin down, so I just took folic acid, and when I could handle it, I'd take a chewable vitamin. Folic acid is the big thing you need to make sure you get.

As for iron, I never take it unless recommended by a doctor (and it never was, even in my last pregnancy). Not everyone will need iron replaced. And yes, it can be very hard on the stomach. I

I take a regular, iron free, vitamin and extra folic acid. I also take an omega 3-6-9 supplement, vitamin D, and a probiotic.

I take 2 prenatals from Target, they come in one box though. Also B6 and a B complex.

I'm taking prenatal that is free from my sobeys pharmacy, folic acid, and calcium(my daughter has mspi so have to eliminate calcium from my diet)
