Ok Well I am like 7 weeks 5 days and I am still cramping everyday. Its not intense or anything
but must very mild and NO spotting at all. Just wondering if anyone else is still dealing with this and is it normal? Just makes me nervous....

I'm the same way. It kind of comes and goes, nothing bad, but it's there. Hopefully it's a good sign.

I am cramping on and off too ... I did recently start eating more fiber foods so I'm also cramping from that!

Some mild cramping is normal! Your uterus is growing to accommodate the baby. This happened in my first pregnancy and it was scary. But with this one I know it's normal, so I'm not worried.

I am still cramping on and off. I woke up feeling cramps today. Kind of mild AF cramps mixed with gas cramps. I haven't been regular :/

Lots of cramping this early is from the corpus luteum cyst where your egg ovulated from.
