I am an avid water drinker and now I am having a hard time drinking it. Any suggestions what I can drink in between drinking water without drinking a ton of empty calories?

I'm having the same problem, sometimes if I squeeze a few drop of lemon into it that helps.

I'm not a big fan of plain water ever so I usually squeeze a lime into mine. I have also used lemon before, and occasionally, an orange. Would any flavor packets help with the water? Some of the ladies have sworn by the Mio packets, but I don't really know anything about those. I've also mixed a little bit of jell-o flavoring into the water when I'm out of limes. It at least gives it a little flavor so I can stomach it. Also, it has to be ice cold. Room temperature water doesn't work for me at all.

I find that I have a hard time keeping up with my water intake too ... ice cold water I cannot do at all.

Squeezing a lemon in it does help. I also drink TONS of milk.

I've heard random things about coconut water too...

The Mios are great. I just add a little to my water where as my DH adds a ton. Just watch out for the lemonades they have a ton of sodium in them. I keep one in my purse so I'll b more likely to drink water when I'm out or at work

I don't have any really good advice...I'm sort of in the same boat. What about the flavored carbonated water drinks? I find that the carbonation helps make it more tolerable. I also sometimes drink Izze drinks, which are fruit juice mixed with sparkling water (70% juice, 30% sparkling water). They do have calories, but less than plain juice, and they do not have artificial sweetners. And again, the carbonation is nice.

I am an avid water drinker too but right now it all tastes mildewy to me. I have to have it super cold. Even then it's not great.

I'm having the same problem. And yesterday at the hospital they told me I'm starting to get a UTI. They gave me antibiotics for it, but I know I need to kick my butt in gear with the water. Lemon does help a ton though.

Here are my water suggestions that I used to drink (nothing is doing it for me right now) but maybe it will help some of you guys!

I was bad w water all I drank was soda and juice now I love water and drink all the time all I can think is say its for the baby lol
