She is probably kicking you near the bum or cervix area! Do you know if she is breech? They told me at my 3d u/s that baby girl is breech and I feel a lot of kicks down in that area too, but not a whole lot elsewhere.

I only knew about my anterior placenta because I can view the ultrasound report online. I was comparing it to my one around the same time last time, and that's when I noticed it. The tech, nor the midwife, said anything about it.

My tech didn't mention mine, either...the doctor did, in passing.

I also mostly have kicks down lower in my pelvis. I know at my last scan she was breech, so that may be why.

I have an anterior placenta as well. Neither the tech nor my OB told me; I had to ask my OB and when I did she told me that I was the first patient to tell her the location of her placenta.

I am 25 weeks and within the last two weeks started feeling actual kicks. DH felt the baby for the first time just a few days ago.

At the beginning (around 22-23 weeks) I felt them very low and they didn't feel like actual kicks. More like bubbles. But now I can feel baby actually moving and feel it all over.

With my first two pregnancies, I felt the baby move at 16 weeks and 14 weeks, so this was definitely a different experience for me.

I'm a few weeks ahead of you (26), and thinking back, I didn't feel consistent strong kicks until recently. Now they're so strong, my fiance woke me up last night because he was holding my belly and couldn't understand how I could sleep through being kicked so hard/much lol I can sleep through the kicks, but him asking "How do you do it?" woke me right up!! Be patient, your little one will be twirling around soon enough

I have an anterior placenta and I am 23w2d and I started feeling strong kicks last week. Some are lower but the majority of them are right in the middle of my stomach. DH can feel them and I see my belly move. I think it's just different for everyone, but it's amazing when it happens!
