Not sure if we've covered this already, but those of you who have kids already.. How did you feel just before going into labor? Like the days leading up to it did you have extra energy, more tired, or no difference?

I know for me I felt great all of a sudden, I had a lot of energy. My dh was planning a fishing trip with our then 4 yr. old ds, and he asked how I was feeling, honestly I felt the best I had in a while. I told him that I felt great to go ahead and go. They were scheduled to leave at 7 that morning, I woke up with my first contraction at 4am. Zayne was born at 8:20. We joke and say that he wanted to go fishing with his Dad and that was why he came so quickly.lol

Tired, lots of pelvic pressure. I had an appointment that day, and after the cervical check, I was crampy all day. I went to Walmart and could barely walk around...felt so much pressure that I felt like she was going to fall out, and I was very tired.

I didn't really have a burst of energy with my 1st son, but babies 2 and 3 I definitely had more energy.

I was normal. I honestly never saw it coming. I mean I knew I would eventually go into labor of course but I had no "warning signs". I did not have a huge burst of energy nor was I super tired. I wasn't crampy or anything, I had already been feeling pressure but just the normal I am really far along pressure. I went to bed like every other night and woke up at about 4 AM with actual yep those are for real contractions. I had already woken up a few times with what I thought might have been contractions but nothing prior to that

I felt pretty normal. I was 2 weeks past my due date and scheduled for an induction when I went into labor naturally. I knew from the first contraction that "this is it" but every moment up until then felt like all the minutes before.

Loooots of women start pooping lots. It's the uterus irritating the intestines. I didn't go into labor... I was forced into it via induction.

I am from the due in may group (may 3rd)
So I am thinking this will be a April baby!!
Anyway, My oldest my water broke out of no where at 35 weeks, but I felt normal and tired the day before.
My second I was induced.
My third son I remember doing a lot more than usual the day before I went into labor, I guess I did have more energy.
The day before I went into labor we were out walking all day and shopping. Followed by mexican food and sex..
HAHA
SO not sure if the extra energy was because I was going to go into labor, and my body knew.... or if the extra activity was why I went into labor!

I felt different with all three... First one, I was in hospital, so not really different. Second one I had an upset stomach the day before, but was fine the day of. The third one I felt normal was very energetic and my water broke before I had contractions...Wondering what this little gal will bring!

I had 2 inductions so those I definitely felt the same. I don't think I felt any different with my other 2 that labor started on its own, either. I remember going through pretty much my "normal" routine.

Hmm I don't remember feeling different at all. I was 18 with my first so I already had tons of energy and she was the only one I went into labor on my own with.

This is a good question and something I've been thinking a lot about! I had to be induced so idk what I'll feel like! It's killing me! I am so hopeful I won't get pre-e again, and that it can all happen on its own. It's weeks away and I'm already in major anticipation!!!

I didn't feel any different. My water broke out of nowhere at 38 weeks and I had no symptoms of feelings whatsoever before that point.
