It's rainy here today. What's your favorite thing to do on a rainy day? What do you do to keep your kids entertained (if you have them)?

Almost every day is a rainy day here so we don't have any special activities. My daughter plays with the dog a lot and I still send her out in the backyard to play every day even when it is raining. I just bundle her up and then when she comes in she gets all clean dry clothes on.

Ideally, it's snuggle up under a comfy blanket and read a book or watch a movie with the windows open. I could listen to the rain all day. What I actually do now that I have a child is attempt to entertain him any way possible. Gynnastics class, park in the mall, playdate, standing on my head.....you know, the usual.

We don't really do anything special on rainy days but I find that I have so much more energy when the sun is shining!

Sleeping/napping is always nice! Otherwise, definitely curling up with a book & open window listening to the rain, or cuddling up under a blanket and watching movies. Grace does love puddle jumping...she was jumping in puddles yesterday when we were trying to get her in the car LOL. She's pretty easily entertained inside, though. She spent yesterday playing with her Thomas tracks/trains, and various other toys.
