I am to the point that if something doesn't feel right or I'm in pain, I'm taking off work, staying home, and relaxing. I have wanted this baby for so long that it's not worth it to me to go to work and risk something happening. I took the day off today because I'm having lots of pelvic pain and abdominal cramping along with the braxton hicks and (tmi) the urgent feeling that I need to poop.

I think I have about 10-12 more sick days left and if I use them all up before baby comes then I'll start my disability leave.

You're definitely right on...not worth any risk. As long as you have the sick days, definitely take care of yourself.

Good for you!! You'll never look back and think "gosh I wish I'd worked more" lol. But knowing you've taken care of your body and baby is something you'll never regret.

You need to take care of yourself. If you have the sick time or can afford to take off without then do it. I'm not going to lie I'd LOVE a sick day about now!
