Soooooo, for my pregnancies I have a terrible time sleeping due to RSL. It was so bad sometimes between my legs and heartburn that I wasn't getting any sleep at all...and then I discovered a possible cure.

Oh, yes, I will tell you my secret! I did some research on it and found that RLS is thought to be caused by inflammation. So, I started eating walnuts (a natural inflammatory), like 2-4 oz of walnuts around dinner time, and each night it subsided until it was gone 100% after a few days. I can't promise that it will work for everyone, but I would really love for someone else to experiment and let me know if it works for them too.

I was so exited about it, and I had to pass it on. Happy nights.

Good to know, do pecans work the same way? I don't like walnuts lol. I heard that turmeric is also a natural anti-inflamatory.

That's great that it's giving you relief! RLS can be so annoying. And I do love walnuts...also good for you in other ways!

Oh yes, I have had it bad. I started taking an extra 1000mg of Calcium on Saturday and so far it has done really well for me. I do two 500 mg tablets a day. One around 3pm and another about 45 minutes before I go to bed. I'm not a fan of walnuts but may have to try them too!
