So I've been having trouble getting them to call me back when I leave a message. It's been going on for a while. I thought by now they had fixed the answering machines, but I called on Tuesday before they closed and left a message and they just got back to me.

I called telling them that I had a burning pain in my upper abdomen (it was not heartburn). I wanted to know if it was something that I needed to get checked out. They called today and told me that next time anything like that happens to go to the hospital to get checked out. Really! It takes you two days to tell me that it was something I needed to go to the hospital for?!

Luckily with rest the pain went away, but it's still frustrating.

I'd be frustrated too. Are you sure you have the right department? Maybe its sending your messages to a different part so it takes a while to get back to your Dr.? You'd think they would tell you but it might be something to check in to.

I'm sorry they are not on the ball. One reason I love my midwife. I can just call her directly, or text her and she is all over it.
