I had those alll night last night. Same here - no tightening. Just period like cramps, and low back ache. Still going on, but not as bad as at night.

I'm thinking just very mild contractions. Or maybe a little dialation? Idk..

I have no idea what a contraction feels like people have said cramps that go to your back which is what it is but they say tightening in your stomach which I don't feel lol confusing!

Well i've had BH's and reaaally painful BH which I figured were real contractions. But these cramps and low back ache isn't tooo painful, but they seem to come and go.

Who knows..

Isn't all this guessing and waiting in anticipation fun??

Honestly i wasn't aware that i was having contractions at all for a really long time!(BH) lol But apparently i have been having them since T2. I thought it was just the baby pushing his back out hard into my belly because my belly got kind of deformed, felt hard but not all the way around. Now when i have contractions that are a bit more intense, it puts a lot of pressure in my pelvis and makes it feel like i have to seriously go to the bathroom. On the really intense ones it feels like i'm being stabbed with a sharp knife in the top of my vagina with intense painful pressure on my perinium... I have had consistant dull period feeling cramps for weeks now, i am assuming that it is due to the cervix ripening... The low back ache i would think is coming from babies dropping, because you are carrying them lower so it requires different muscles hope this helps

I've been crampy lately, too. I figure it's related to all the changes going on down there.
