Hey Ladies! Just jumping in here with a little bit of randomness...

I officially made it to all three boys first ballgames this week! We had two this past Saturday and then tonight my oldest son had his. I was so worried last month with all the bp issues that I wouldn't make any games so I feel so blessed that I was able to go to their firsts! This Saturday all 3 boys have games back to back that I'm hoping to make it through, after sitting through 2 games last weekend I had a huge fat foot!

MY MUCUS PLUG FELL OUT!!!! I know it doesn't really mean anything as far as starting labor (other than it could be within a few days) but its a really exciting mile stone for me!!!!

It's really just a quilted tote bag, with some pocket. It is quite feminine...hot pink with black trim. But DH doesn't mind lol...he's used to super girly stuff by now. And it didn't cost a lot, so if he wanted to get a different one, he could.

Oh wow! Well that's something, anyway! I bet it won't be long now!

Our hospital doesn't have a siblings class but they suggested a private tour of L&D for DD. so we will be headed there in about 3 hours. I haven't told her about it yet but I'm excited. The nurse sounded super sweet on the phone so I hope that it goes well. Can you think of anything I should take or ask about while we are there? I'm going to send a 'thank you' in the mail once we are home.

Ours play over break, too. I HATE it!!! Especially since our break isn't till the end of April, and I was really hoping to take all the kids back home to visit everyone since I won't be working. But I knew that was the price of her playing softball. It just stinks!

The residents' party for me yesterday was very cute. They did a couple of games - one where they had to guess my belly size with pieces of streamer, and one where we had to taste baby food & guess what it was. I told them I had promised my sister the belly size was the one game we would NOT play at her shower. I got a few outfits, onesies, bath stuff, stuffed animals. I think they all had fun, but there were a few residents who I answered the same question for no less than 20 different times, but that's okay.

Well...had Drs appointment today and he is very doubtful I'll make it to my Monday appointment.

He also told me to head to L and D "if you feel at all uncomfortable". o.O Dude, I'm uncomfortable now! LMAO

Offered me steroid shots to bring my platelets up to acceptable epi level (because apparently the hospital -contrary to what he'd told me earlier - will not do an epi if your platelets are less than 100k).
...............*gulp* I said "No, thanks." That's what I hired a doula for, right?

.......................Oh God, I'm crazy!

I told him I'd head to L an D if I saw blood or my water broke. He was all "If your water breaks, you will go in IMMEDIATELY!"

"Yessir!" LOL

Well my original plan was to head in a few hours after my water broke and lie about when it broke... lol.

But then I realized that if this labor lives up to the '2nd baby comes quicker' thing...given how short my labor was with Lily...that might not be wise.

Yeah, I'm not sure I'd test out that theory until my 3rd child (says the woman who actually did that). I was induced with my first, and she was born 12 days late so when my water broke with my 2nd, I went right in. Then we discovered I don't progress on my own after a certain point. So, when my water broke with my 3rd (at 5 am), we waited until 11 am to go in. The nurses gave me all kinds of hell for it, BUT when I explained that it was my 3rd, etc., they softened up and said they probably would have done the same thing.

Oh my goodness... I keep telling myself that when my water breaks to be calm and there is going to be plenty of time to go to the hospital, and not rush and freak out, but lets be honest... I am so on edge already that im going to freak out and rush in!!!! (after waiting for a ride that is... My car keys got taken away because the Dr told me to stop driving and no one trusts that I wont try to drive myself to the hospital when I go into labor... lol.)

I shouldn't have laughed. I know how much that has to hurt. But, Oh Lord, I so giggled.

I pulled a muscle several weeks back just pulling both legs up onto the couch so I do feel your pain =(

But I still giggled. LOL
