6am yesterday morning i went to Labor and Delivery for a scheduled induction to get rid of my PUPPS rash... Which worked! Getting rid of the rash that is lol. By 8 am my OB finally showed up, broke my water, and started me on Pitocin... Incredible amount of water in there, OB estimated it to be around 3 quarts that i lost!! I was dilated to 4 when we got started, by 9 was dilated to 6! Nurse decided to shut off my pitocin and give me something to slow down the contractions.... I was having them so hard and heavy that it was putting the baby in distress.. By 3 PM i had been stuck at 8 for over 3 hours with him not twisting into my pelvis and being stuck on my back. Most excrutiating pain i have ever felt!! (i was set on a natural birth) after being stuck that long my nurse suggested i get the epidural to relax myself. i was putting so much stress on myself that i was having an almost impossible time not pushing & i was causing my cervix to swell i denied that and went for phentinol 1st that didnt do anything other than make me high as hell. so i went for the epi just for the sake of the baby once we got it done it was a godsend i couldnt feel anything! By 4:30 i was a 10 and time to push!!! after time it started getting quite painful again, they even increased the epi twice.. About 8:30 my OB came in and said "you are doing wonderfully, great pushing, strong, relentless, and right where it needs to be.. but it has been 4 hours about, and your baby has not budged even 1 cm in that time.. hes stuck on your sacrum bone. and his head is sooo coned that his bones are overlapping.. theres just not enough room, and he is too big, so im sorry but you need a c section" i begged her to let me keep trying she agreed that i could try a couple more times. i tried with all my might, still nothing i got rolled into the OR and had him cut out of me April 1st 9:57 PM, he was 8 lbs 9.5 oz and 22 inches long. He immediately peed on DH within moments of being born.. i really didn't get to see him they took me to recovery gave me a tap in my belly to keep it numb for up to 24 hours. eventually they brought him into me hes beatiful and a great little breast feeder i feel aweful recovering from cs and vaginal but ill be ok totally worth it! he looks just like daddy

Wow what a ride! The same thing happened to my SIL where the baby's head was pushing against that bone and was stuck and she had a cs as well. But your little sweetie is here now!!! And he is beautiful!!! You did it! Congratulations!
