What are the best things to do? Bounce? Rock? I just got a ball today at the advice of my wonderful DDB and am a bit new at this so any advice is appreciated.

Btw, shout out to my DDB, I love her! She is keeping me sane at this point in my pregnancy!

I kind of just go all over with it, lol. I find bouncing up and down and rocking forward to back to be the best for me. I also lay over top of it on all fours and rock.

P.S. My DDB is pretty awesome too! Oh and I'm sorry my 'aisle 5' prayer didn't work. :/

I've got a ball, don't really have any advice on the best way to use it though. I only use it when my back starts hurting. I get on my knees and then lay my upper body on it and let my belly kinda hang, Sorta like I'm on all fours without having to actually hold myself with my arms. With where my back hurts(it's an old injury that acts up sometimes) that seems to help me the most. As far as using it to induce labor, no idea.

I have one and I sit on it and sort of rock back and forth and bounce a little bit. Of course, I have no idea how to use it to induce labor because my first pregnancy went to 42 weeks and this little one seems as happy as can be staying inside of me too.

I rolled and bounced. It helped her to drop down lower for sure. Then when my contractions started being timeable, I hopped on and bounced and rolled again which helped them be more painful. Good luck!
