Have you been out with your SO without baby yet?

What'd you do? How did it go?

Nope and won't without baby for a long time. He doesn't take bottles and we aren't pushing them. We've gone to lunch a few times with him though.

We have been lucky enough to go out twice so far. First to our upscale dinner .. finally on my birthday. And then on Saturday we went to the movies.

My mother baby sits him and loves it. And I don't worry when we are out without him because he is such a good baby. Both times have gone very well.

Even if we wanted to, it's tough to find child care. We did go out with her and without Grace once, when DH's parents were here. That's about as good as it gets!

Yes, we went to a wedding. We brought Ashton to the ceremony but my mom babysat while we went to dinner and stayed for a short while after dinner. We are planning to do another night out; dinner and a movie or something before I go back to work. We are lucky between my parents and my MIL we will always have a free sitter for weekends and evenings.

I've had to leave him twice in the care of our older daughters with bottles. The first time was a little rocky, but the 2nd time was a breeze. He'll be staying with my in-laws when I go to a friend's wedding later this month since it's adults only.

We have just to run to the store or Grocery shop - not longer than an hour or so.

We went to a concert. We also had one full day out but it wasnt for anything fun. DHs ex likes to file frivolous charges against him and make us pay an arm and a leg to fight them. So we had to make a suicide trip half way across the country. Left at 5 am and returned at midnight.

We had an offer for a good friend's daughter who is going into her senior year so I think we are going! My other kids will be here to help her too but not ready for DD14 to be in charge for more than an hour or two. Now I just need the Blackhawks to lose one game.

This.

We don't have any child care or family around so I don't see a night out for a long time. I joked that going into labor with this current baby would be like a vacation for us and it was. It was the first time we had been out together somewhere without our daughter since she was born.

My husband did take some nights out with his parents when they were in town and I stayed home with the kids. So he got some time out, does that count?

I couldn't tell you the last time we went out together, no kids. We went to a Pitt football game without Brooklyn a few years ago, but that's all I can think of. Sad, but true. I avoided taking baby out in public until this week, so my mom or sister watched him while I went to the store or took Brooklyn to karate, so I have technically "gone out" but I haven't missed a feeding. I have milk frozen just in case.

We went out last weekend for the first time to a concert. My MIL Watched all three girls for us at our house And it went great. I was really nervous because she usually always nurses before bed To go to sleep. But I just breast-fed her before I left and she went to bed great on the bottle, So it was nice And we were home around midnight.

Nope...I really would love to but doesn't look to be happening any time soon. Our anniversary is in July so I will plan something for then. He has been out for little things and we've all been out as a family, just not the two of us...We are lucky to go to bed at the same time!
