I haven't been wearing them. I wore gel pads in the beginning, but mostly when I was home, I didn't bother with breast pads. Anna has always been a frequent feeder...every hour during the day, in general, so I rarely had a letdown before she was ready to nurse. And if she ever took a longer nap, I was usually hand expressing anyway. And sometimes I did leak, but I didn't worry too much about it if I was at home. I have worn them here & there if I'm going out somewhere. I have a ton of disposable ones...I bought a box before I had Grace, and never used very many. I also have at least one box that the hospital gave me.
Are you pumping for your little one? Planning to pump?

man wish I could could without them. I can't even begin to count the number of boxes I have gone through. I tried the reusable ones but sometimes I leak so bad that it goes right through them. The worst is when she is nursing the other side will do a major let down, like right through the reusable ones in about a min. I always have to change my pad on the non nursing side after I nurse her.
I used the reusable ones all the time for the first 6 weeks or so, but I don't need them anymore. I was always washing them and leaked through them several times. I'm glad that I don't need them anymore.
