What flow nipple are you using? Tessa is still on slow but I noticed she is just playing with it half the time and it takes her forever to finish .. bought some medium flow nipples today

We've been using variable flow, so she can control the flow. Slow flow were too fast. I like that the variable flow don't drip if you turn them upside down.

I use Playtex drop in bottles with either slow flow or crosscut which allows her to control the flow.

The variable flow nipples may be called different things, depending on the brand...tri cut, cross cut, y cut, etc. Some advertise them as being good for cereal in bottles, which I don't do, but they are the only ones that I could successfully use with Anna without milk gushing out of her mouth. I've gotten them at target and Wal-Mart, but the stores are often sold out for some reason....maybe because they need to be replaced more frequently. But you can always buy online.
