Our complex is ripe with children. Both of our neighbors have a baby that is just a year older than darion. The couple across the street had a baby about 6 months before we did. When we go for walks in the neighborhood during the evening everyone else is out too taking walks and we see soo many babies and toddlers out and about. Darion will not lack for playmates that's for sure.
Which is great since I plan to home school him.
Our neighborhood is full of kids. Most older but they are always outside playing. Across the street is a boy 10 weeks younger than L. Down the road is a girl 4 weeks younger than L and a 1 year old girl as well. There is at least one other girl who is probably around 6 months old too. That's what I've seen walking around. I'm sure there are more that we haven't met yet.
We have a neighbour who has a 4 year old that my son plays with everyday. They are back n forth alllllll day! It's great in the summer. As for babies, the same neighbours are having a baby in December, and I have friends with babies close by as well.
There aren't any other babies in our neighborhood. There's a little boy who is 4 who Grace plays with a lot. One other family has three kids, but they're a bit older. Our neighborhood is fairly new, and mostly established families so far. Hopefully some other young families will move in!
