We just got back from Sammy's 6 month appointment, and I learned he is anemic. The doctor ordered iron supplements. I wasn't too worried about it until I googled it. Has anyone else had an anemic baby? What did you do and did it get better?

I haven't had personal experience either. Hopefully the iron will help!

no personal experience but I think I'd be sneaking spinach into all his food. Hope his levels bounce back quickly

Thanks. It looks like they are just below normal for the 3-6 month range, but quite below normal for the 6-9 month range. (He's 6 months and <2 weeks.) Hopefully once he starts eating more, it will help. He hates food. I'm trying every day, but he is resistant.
