So I started spotting a bit of light pink today that followed with darker brown discharge... I called my DR and she stated that with me having 4 follicles she knew if we did get pregnant there would be a chance of spotting and some bleeding for the ones that did not get fertilized to leave my system... It sounds possible but when you are the person with the spotting.. AKA a pregnant woman... you are gonna worry no matter what. So I have been so emotional all day.. my plan was to tell DH tomorrow.. now I feel i need to wait until after Friday in case this does not have a nice ending....

I get to go in on Friday instead of Monday so maybe I will know more...

I will hope this is a sticky bean and not what I feel is coming... I could use some T&Ps as well as sticky vibes!!!

That sounds right though, if there were 4 follicles and only 1 got fertilized, the other 3 would have to come out of your utereus somehow.

I know it's worrisome but just relax .. two more days until you go to the doctor.

So sorry, sweetie! Any amount of spotting while pregnant is always stressful, even if harmless. I'm hoping it's nothing to worry about. Plenty on women do have early spotting and then go on to have healthy pregnancies. I hope you get good news on Friday! Try to rest and drink plenty of fluids. Thinking of you!

I wouldn't worry to much. Your Dr. is right I could understand why you would bleed from the left overs. Plus if most of it was brown then it was old which is a good sign.

I had a couple of bouts of spotting- brown and a little red- last pregnancy and it totally freaked me out. We never figured out what it was, but it was always nothing.

i ad spotting and cramping. i went for an ultrasound and they put me on bedrest for a while, but baby is doing just fine a lot of women go through that apparently

I've always been told as long as it's not bright red and flowing it's okay. The brown is normally old blood. I know it's easier said than done (because I had this happen last week) but try not to worry. I'm sure baby is sticking in good! Sending sticky dust your way
