So what kind of symptoms are you having? BTDT moms are they the same as they were your other pregnancies?
Mine is dizziness, nausea, and being super tired. Completely different from my other pregnancies where I was really tired and my boobs would hurt.

So far, mine are:
shortness of breath (this is the most noticeable right now)
backaches
mild nausea in the evenings
some bloating
increased sense of smell
So far, I think it's pretty similar to what I was feeling at this point last time. The extreme nausea/vomiting & food aversions didn't hit me until 6 weeks with my last pregnancy.

hungry but cant eat alot at once
hard to sleep
Increase of smell!!
backaches
I dont remember having even half of these with my other pregnancies, lol

Slight nausea, though it's worse today.
Super sensitive nose, everything smells weird to me
I have had a headache off an on this week, but I'm not sure if that is related or not

my symptoms dont' seem so bad, which of course worries me... I'm not happy unless I'm sick. 
a feeling like being carsick. I'm not even that tired. That's pretty much it. I don't really have boobs, but if I did they'd probably be sore.

Sore boobs, nausea, sense of smell through the roof, always tired, mood swings, metal taste in the mouth.
Pretty much exactly how it went last time lol.

Exhaustion!
Sore boobs - not horrible but def. sore
Bloat - bad bloat
Some mild nausea ....
Constantly hungry - gotta keep eating to make the nausea go away
Extremely thirsty - dry mouth
Hoping this is how it will stay - I can handle this!

Not much going on here. I only have to pee a lot, and really that could be contributed to the crap ton of water I'm drinking.

Morning sickness like I've never had before, it started a a day before my BFP 
The BB's are VERY sore.
And the tiredness kicked in about a week before my BFP....So I'm already set with a early bedtime routine! Yay me! Lol ( still doesn't feel like enough sleep come 7 am!)
Oh and with my DD I didn't have anything like this ....nor did I have these many symptoms with the last two pregnancies.

Really bad morning sickness and extremely tired. The tired is the same as with my son but my morning sickness is way worse

Tired & sore nipples.
With my 2 kiddos I just had slight nuasea and cravings with my son (sugary) I dont really remember the other symptoms with my MC I was SO nasueas all the time

Mine is mostly nausea, tiredness, and peeing a lot.... my boobs aren't as sore this time as the other times... they are a little tender, but not like the other pregnancies... the nausea is increasing on a daily basis though... I hope it just stays nausea though and no actual throwing up cause I hate to throw up, LOL
