Just remember to sit frog legged as much as possible or on the birthing ball with your legs wide apart. It allows baby's head to come down onto the cervix and helps it dilate  yay baby time!!!!

Wow!!! So excited for you...It's starting to seem so real for me, because you are officially going in! ...and I have ways to go yet! I hope that makes sense. It will go great though!
