Good morning ladies!
So I had my dr appt this morning. I have dilated another cm so I am now 3cm & 75% effaced. He told me to stay on bedrest until this Sunday when I am 36 weeks. After that, I should spend next week taking it easy but not on strict bedrest. I can do more normal routine things, but still not out shopping or walking, still resting as much as possible. Next Sunday, once I hit 37 weeks, he said he doesn't care what I do. Lol
So the goal for now is still to try & keep her in ther until 37 weeks. However, he did say my cervix is very soft & thin & definitely at 3cm so really....I can only do so much. It's kind of up to baby now. He said from here on out don't come to the hospital unless my water breaks or I am having painful contractions 5 minutes apart. So....we'll see how it goes!!

Oh wow! Hope that baby stays put for just a bit longer! Doesn't sound like it will be TOO long, though. Good luck with the bed rest!

I'm excited, and anxious....I am HORRIBLE at waiting for the unknown. It'd be so much easier if I wasn't dilated at all & could say I know I have 4 more weeks. But the not knowing is killlllllling me!! Just the fact that it could happen today or in 2 weeks is horrible. I'm a planner. Not good at this waiting game.
I hope she stays put until she's baked enough. But at the same time I'm ready to meet her already!! Any day now....

I hope she can stay in there a little longer for you. Seems like lots of people are going to bedrest now so there should be lots of activity on our forum.

I have been having contractions for a few hours now, they got up to 10 minutes apart so I took a warm bath & tried relaxing. Then I got out & ate dinner and BF and I watched a movie. About halfway through the contractions slowed down. I am still having them and they are pretty uncomfortable but not as close together and not as painful. Trying to stay relaxed and laying down....probably false alarm but we'll see what little miss is planning in there!!
