I have heard this before and now adays I try to be mindful of this saying, it kind of goes with the laws of attraction...

So how could this be affective or productive in your daily life?

well nowadays I kind of try to incoporate my yoga teachings i learn in practice with my islamic practice....just the main belief that everything you put out there be it thoughts words or actions come back to you like planting seeds you can grow a beautiful tree with the beautiful deeds you do or you can grow a ugly thing with the negative words and actions you put out there. So I think this kind of goes along with this quote, just try and put positivity out there and you will get it back....this way of thinking is really helping me get through my situation and healing my soul.

That's a really great way of putting it.

That could definitely help me. I need to remember to keep my temper in check because it affects my mood and a great day can easily go downhill quickly. I don't take it out on DH or the kids, don't get me wrong. It's just that my mood affects there's even if I'm not yelling and stuff. KWIM?

me and my sister (wiccan & active yoga life) hve this discussion a lot and I absolutely LOVE the idea & try to remember that whenever I have a tendancy to be rude and short. practice makes prefect though so onward and upward inshAllah

def.....Anna I know what you mean tho but honestly you have alot of hormones going through your body still so you get a break

U know it is alot easier to be in a bad mood I mean when I wake up or when I am in the car for my 1 hour drive to school and its just me myself and I thinking and thinking I have to really stop myself from thinking neg. and be aware.... its hard and there are some days where i fall into old habits but like Farrah says practice makes perfect!
