try drinking room temp water Farrah, I can never drink cold water I get way to cold....
I used to drink whatever caffine I can get my hands on when energy is low, nowadays when I am falling asleep in class or something I make myself get up and walk around to get my heart rate going and sometimes if its really bad I will get a piece of candy and eat it...
Caffeine definitely helps. However I think it just delays the fatigue. I find the thing that really truly energizes me the most is to go for a short walk in the park. If I manage to drag myself out there to do it (and can fit it into my schedule in the first place) I am always surprised how invigorated I feel when I get back and ready to dive into something new.
