Do you think it's important for kids these days to know more than 1 language? Do they know more or are you planning to have them learn more than 1?? Which ones?

Of course it's important. You can't even call tech support without needing a translator anymore! Right now DH is the only one that stands a chance at understanding more than one language. I really hope the the kids learn Arabic (myself as well) and whatever else they may need to know for what they want to do or where they want to live.

right now Islam is learning arabic and spanish... I think for different reasons they are both important languages in the new world we are living in. Right now he knows the basics colors alphabet, how to count in both and yesterday he learned how to write his name in arabic.
