I know you guys have had some crazy weather! So you are pretty much out of your 1st trimester right are you feeling ok with the surgery and everything? I hope everything goes smooth from here on out for you...
Tanning was good im also spraying myself with this sunless tanner trying to make myself look better lol I went grocery shopping and cleaned the house w my mom yest and went for a walk which was too much b/c i got home and started bleeding alot and was really sore but I took some of the left over pain meds and I am better today, I guess you really do have to wait the 6 weeks before you over do it with a c-section!
I'm feeling fine and the baby's hb was good post-op. I'll go to my next appointment on the 22nd I think it is. They may do a u/s just to have a visual that everything is fine, but since everything sounded great on dopler after and I haven't had any cramping/bleeding I think he/she is okay. My m/s has practically disappeared since the surgery so it's really great. Now I just hope my stitches are all dissolved before my belly starts to bulge! They did give me a clean bill of health today at my surgical follow-up so all is good there too. It was chronically inflamed, "packed with stones" and contained polyps. They ended up taking out a lymph node too, but said nothing was cancerous so it's all good.
Even without a c-section it's common to start bleeding again after activity post-partum. It can go on for weeks or even months for some women. With DD2 even after the bleeding completely stopped if I went to the grocery store or anything I'd have another gush. I'm surprised we were even able to DTD to make this one.
Today everybody, including DH, is snowed in again. His company NEVER closes and they've done it twice this week so it shows just how bad it is. So we're just staying in and warm. Not that we could get out if we tried.
Glad to hear your follow up went well I wonder if at your next apt if they do an U/S if they will be able to see what the gender is, does your DH want a boy now?
We got almost 10 inches today not doin much I have a mid term next week so I have to start studying big time...
today last day of HS until after we settle in Egypt.. i have laundry, the house to keep as clean as possible and a dr appt for DH, target to pick up meds, last minute stuff to buy like travel toothbrush and hair spray and unisom for a friend and then back home to finish up stuff, dinner and etc...... I will crash soon,

Just peanut butter cookies and in a way it was nice. I like having everybody home, but DH tends to go stir crazy. Normally when he's home he does a lot of stuff outside or goes to the store or something, but he couldn't do that this week.
Today DH is back at work and it's his last day in the office. He's thrilled, but I'd rather have him in there than out on a roof in the middle of winter. I'm just doing some light cleaning.
Your DH sounds like my dad if he is in the house for more than half a day he will go nuts and find something he hates when there is snow and he is trappen cant wait to retire to florida, I think we are going for a few weeks though after I take Adam to his 2 month apt. have either of you flew with a infant I am curious as to things I should do....
wow Elizabeth is 6 month do you have any new pictures??
6 month is the best age I think less scary when they start to get bigger I get so scared when they are this tiny...
I have needed 2 root canals for like 2 years now and my teeth are hurting sooo bad so I have been procrastinating (sp?) on studying Im better under pressure tho so im not worried...
I haven't uploaded anything from my camera lately. I'll have to do that when I get a chance.
I don't know how you study so much. If I try to study the more I do it the more I second guess myself and the worse my grades are. Especially on tests. And I can relate on the teeth thing sort of... I've needed four fillings, but I had a shaky handed dentist that I didn't want near my mouth with a drill so it's been a couple years and I still haven't had them taken care of. Dental work is just never fun.
Today is my next prenatal appointment in an hour and I'm so nervous. I don't like that the baby's heart beat bounces so drastically and I've been even more nervous since the surgery. Hopefully they can put my mind at ease today. Oh, and DD1 has a two hour delay today so I get to take 3 kids with me.
I used to never ever study but lately I have just been a studying machine b/c I have to get a 4.0 or near it to be competitive and really i have nothing else to do while Adam sleeps
It went really well. Everything sounded great and I felt that first little bump of the baby rolling around before the appointment. We could hear him/her kicking in that same spot with the doppler so that was incredibly reassuring. I go back on March 16th for my 2nd trimester u/s. Now to be a bundle of nerves about that!
Today I went to the store for the first time in weeks which was a bit more than I think I was ready for, but you can't know without trying right? Beyond that I'm just doing some light cleaning and waiting out the aches.
