I prefer salty stuff but get sweet cravings every now and then. Why shouldn't you eat nuts when pregnant?

I think they believe that eating nuts has something to do with the risk that the baby will have nut allergies. Same with strawberries and other common allergy foods.

I love nuts and none of the kids have trouble. It's probably more likely to be a problem for people with nut allergies in the family.
