I can't believe you asked that! DD came home from school yesterday with a tooth knocked loose. Her first one and I'm surprised it hasn't fallen out yet. They've discussed the tooth fairy at school when they've done their dental lessons so I'm just going to stick with that. I was told they get $20 per tooth now, but that seems a bit much so what she'll get is yet to be determined.

I dont know yet what to do. I think $1 and a friend of mine did a dollar and a new toothbrush for her son.
