I almost always have the same thing, it's hard for me to consume too much early in the morning! I eat dates (1 for every 2 hrs I will be fasting) with lots of water. This year I also added chia gel (chia seeds soaked in water - to help stay hydrated longer) and some small type of protein such as a hard boiled egg or a chicken bun. Also have my vitamins and lots and lots of salt!
