Do any of you run here? Or exercise at all?
Will you be keeping up with it?
I'm a long time runner (because of that, the nurse I saw yesterday said it was fine to keep going, after I asked on Friday) but I'm sooo wiped. My run was terrible. I'm not sleeping well, so that's probably part of the issue, I was lacking energy. I'd like to keep on it, so hopefully each time isn't like that.
I've been going to the Y since March and will keep that up as long as I can. I quit working out around 10 weeks last time I was pregnant. I was exhausted and worried about losing the baby. I'd like to keep doing something this time.
I was pretty into exercising but I am scared to do it now. I know they say to keep it up but exercise used to induce my period sometimes so now I associate them together. I am going to talk to my doctor and get her opinion.
