What kind of work outs will you be doing though out your pregnancy? Do you already have a routine that you plan on sticking with? starting a new one?

I just got some information on prenatal yoga classes yesterday. Plan on going down to the center this week and checking it out and probably doing that. I plan on doing NCB so I think the techniques learned with it will help tremendously.

No but I need to start back. I thinking starting back at Zumba would be a safe option.

I have to find something new. I ride my horses a lot, and believe it or not, it is a good work out if you are actually in training. Now that I am pregnant, I will not be riding and my horses will be on a 9 month vacation (if not longer). My other problem is a just recently tore my ACL for the third time in a soccer game so I can't jog anymore either. I think I will just have to go to the track a walk with weights. I hope it is enough!

I've been dying not going to the gym the last few weeks. I was going 5 times a week, but my RE told me after the transfer to take it easy. But I plan on going back to running/walking and doing Zumba as soon as I get the ok.

I got ambitious and went hiking today with DS strapped to my back, yeah that lasted all of 15 minutes. So we took the handicapped trail down to the river and waded for a bit.

I am horrible with excercising! I am hoping that being pregnant will get me more motivated. I will probably try to start giving my dog regular walks in the evening. It's easy now but once it starts getting cold I don't know if I will be keeping up with it!

Im going to walk until its too cold/snowy, then use the recumbant bike at home, and I want to get a prenatal yoga DVD.

I am going to try to keep running. I had just finished the couch to 5k program. I am 5 weeks today, so I don't have any severe symptoms yet..and right now the runs are actually helping me feel better afterwards

I also have a pregnancy pilates and yoga dvd that I hope to incorporate into my routine as well
