I am supposed to go to Pilates tomorrow for the first time since getting pregnant and I am worried. I hope I survive. I will just stay away from elevating my HR too much and from doing any abdominal exercises.

I have felt light headed a couple of times but I go at noon so I assume it's more due to not eating than to anything from the exercise. I haven't changed anything yet but know I will have to at some point.
We sat on the exercise ball, bent over and did shoulder exercises today and it already felt squished and hard to breathe. I'm not sure how to modify that exercise but I will be learning in the next couple weeks!
