I had some ginger gum a few years ago on my first cruise for sea sickness....It back-fired though because I thought the taste was terrible and that kinda made me sick...So now Im scarred and def afraid to take it now...lol
Maybe it was just the brand that I had, but maybe I'll try again if m/s gets too bad...I'd rather try this before jumping to a prescription strength medication. I did get some ginger ale yesterday when it kicked in and that seemed to help a little also....
