I thought I would start my TMI thread early for today...
Why is pooping so hard during pregnancy? Is nothing sacred??? It's either too fast or too slow. Either I am straining so hard, afraid I am going to push the baby out, too or I am having stomach cramps and explosions and then my insides hurt for 30 minutes after. There is no way to get it just right. I miss my days of regularity and consistency.
Holy CRAP batman!!! I dunno...lmbo but I freakin luv my Sherri and these TMI threads are freakin hilarious!! Thank you for the comic relief...but I also apologize for laughing at your poop problem...
Thankfully I havent had too many issues in this category...its happened a couple times but *knock on wood* I've been pretty regular thus far..which is a far cry from when I had my DS...ugghhh, I remember those times, it was terrible so I feel for you hon!!
Hey a little tip for constipation, Magnesium! I take 250 mg of Magnesium at bedtime to help me fall asleep, and it has the added benefit of making me regular. I do skip it though on days where I don't need any extra help---i.e. I've been on a vegetable binge!
ugh...I know what you mean. I'm either struggling with constipation or am running to get to the bathroom all day. It's super annoying but luckily I haven't had the sneezing and peeing problem...yet. lol
last night I was putting ds to bed and felt a tickle in my throat. I knew I'd have to rn for it, because I'd either throw up from gagging or pee from coughing. I ended up peeing myself. I was telling DH later, and he was laughing telling me that normally throwing up and peeing are mutually exclusive things, and one doesn't cause the other. Not when pregnant dude!
